Sponsor Logistics


EXHIBITING EQUIPMENT 

All sponsors will be located in the main exhibit hall where the cocktail receptions, breakfast and exhibit hours will be held. There will be no booth numbers displayed during the conference - all tables are viewable in the exhibit hall. 

Each exhibitor will be given a 6' draped table and 2 chairs.

All sponsors will be able to set up pop-up banners behind their table and may have small technology displayed on their table (or a small cart) but large automation is strictly prohibited unless you have secured one of the 4 available 10' x 10' spots (SOLD OUT). The 10' x 10' spots are an add-on to sponsorship and available on a first-come, first-served basis and allows you to bring capital equipment, such as dispensing automation.

SET-UP AND TEAR DOWN INFORMATION

  • Sponsors can check in to the conference and begin setting up their table at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 11.  10x10 sponsors may begin setup Monday afternoon, September 10 at 12:00 p.m.
  • All materials shipped to Pyramid Logistics by the September 7th cutoff will be delivered to your designated table in the exhibit hall around 8:00 a.m. on September 11. 
  • All materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by Thursday, September 13th at 2:00 p.m.
  • Pyramid will have a desk located outside the exhibit hall at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13 to assist with your Move Out shipping and packing needs.

The first dedicated exhibit hour is at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11th. The last true exhibit hour is the cocktail reception Wednesday night. All are invited to breakfast in the exhibit hall on Thursday morning, so if you choose to teardown during that time please be discrete and mindful of the attendees.
